  • 1 bag carrots
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Trim ends off of carrots. You can peel the skin off as well if desired.
  3. Lay carrots on parchment paper and set aside.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat butter over low heat. Stirring constantly until butter browns, about 5-10 minutes. When butter resembles a hazelnut aroma with a lightly brown color, remove from heat.
  5. Add fresh garlic, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper to the butter and stir until well combined.
  6. Drizzle butter over the carrots and toss to combine.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, then flip carrots and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until fork tender.
