FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Q: Is subscribing the same thing as signing up?
A: No, these are two different things. When you subscribe (enter your email into the subscription box), you will receive our monthly email regarding new content as well as what Fittest Kitchen is up too! We may include a few free recipes here and there (wink, wink)! On the other hand, signing up for level 1 or level 2 will give you full access to Fittest Kitchen, where you will be able to see all the recipes!!!!

 

Q: I already subscribed, but I want to sign up… what is the process?
A: To sign-up, you will click the “Get Started” button on the How It Works page for either level 1 or 2 depending on which level best suits your lifestyle and goals. Descriptions of each level can also be found on the How It Works page. Once you sign up, you will receive a welcome email with login instructions and other relevant information.

 

Q: Can I change levels after signing-up?
A: Yes! You can change your plan by upgrading or downgrading between levels at any given point! To change levels, login, click on the “My Account” tab in the upper right-hand corner, click “subscriptions” and then “change plan.” You will see a drop down menu appear where you will be able to select a new level. Based on your current plan, the drop-down menu will show either a prorated rate (for upgraded levels) or a number of free days you will get (for downgraded levels). After you choose the new level, you will be taken to its relevant sign-up page. Click “sign up” and then enter payment information on the next page. (For security purposes, you will have to enter payment information anytime you change levels). Once you click submit, your plan will be changed and you will have access to the new level!
